I'll admit, i was skeptical and second guessing my decision the entire time my Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic was in transit. Not that this company gave me any reason to be, my feelings were based upon the reviews. I will try to capture my experience as best as possible.

I am in the middle of a move that I feel I am totally not prepared for. NJ to NC. I am excited about the move, love NC and am beyond ready to get out of NJ. Between the prep and some trips back and forth, the moving day is coming up fast and I am way behind.

I have multiple vehicles, an elderly father, a cat and a motorcycle that all need to make the trip safely. I made a trip several days back to trailer one of my vehicles down and planned to do the same for my motorcycle. My problem became the time crunch. Making another 1000 mile round trip and packing just couldn't happen together. I decided to explore the transport options. My first company I obtained a quote from was Auto Transport 123. The online quote was easy and very affordable which made me very skeptical. I next went through my Harley Owners Group Membership and located a company that specialized in bikes. Special packing, online, real time tracking, sounds great! Almost 200.00 more than the AT123 quote. I figured I would give AT123 a call.

I reached Jason on the second ring. He was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. While he was working to "close" the deal, I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. He informed me they might even be able to get the bike the same day which would be a huge relief! One less thing to focus on! I began to get the warm and fuzzy and was ready to lock it in when I realized I did not have my wallet on me. I informed him I would call him back and he gave me a direct line. He didn't change his demeanor or anything, just "okay, give me a ring back". I told him about five minutes. After hanging up I decided I should check the reviews first. I was floored. Somewhat relieved that I didn't lock it in. I checked google, yelp, etc. A solid mix but allot of negative.

I called the company that was partnered with the HOG group. I almost hung up with the wait time I received. Pickup times were unknown and I didn't feel comfortable. The next thing I know I was side tracked with business related issues. After about 20 minutes, Jason called back to check on the move with AT123. I informed him I became busy and he was not at all pushy. Again, "no worries, Ill keep your quote on hand".

After putting some though into it, I called back and explained my concerns to Jason. The quote did state clearly that I cannot receive a refund of my deposit unless they fail to pick up the bike in 10 days. This didnt sit well as I am moving within the next 7 and the bike must be gone. My only issue was when questioned, Jason stated that the 10 days was to complete the entire move. If that is the case, they need to change their contract. Jason assured me he was confident the motorcycle would be picked up the same day, or within two at the latest. I took his word and signed on.

Now here is where I became really nervous. Within a half hour the transporter called me to arrange the pickup which would be within the hour! I couldn't believe it! Just as scheduled, Ivan showed up to take my bike to its destination. He did a very good inspection, documented any scratches and very carefully loaded and covered my ride. He told me that by Tuesday (this was Friday) my bike would be delivered and he would be the driver the entire way. So, expecting the worst, I waited.

Here it is Tuesday and my bike arrived safely at my new house this morning. Not a scratch more on it and right on time with perfect communication the entire time. What a value this was. I am happy to write a positive review for a great service.

As I sit an try to figure out the number of bad reviews I can only guess that people have become quick to point out the bad experiences but hesitate on taking the time to compliment good service. As a business owner myself I see this on a daily basis. I highly recommend Auto Transport 123, thank you for excellent service!
