Joanna was very helpful and kind and nice to work with. The problem I had was with the drivers. I am not sure if it was a lack of an understanding or communication, but I was not informed properly that cash upon delivery was expected. I think for the future there should be a clear understanding that cash is expected or HOW the payment will work. I was under the understanding that my credit card would be charged. Other than that, and aside from the horribly rude driver not the way back, Joanna was very sweet to work with!
