DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My husband and I were planning a move for his new job out to Modesto, CA in September 2016. Auto123 contacted me in July of the same year after I did some research into auto transport moving companies, and Bobbie, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and assured me that everything would go smoothly, so I reserved with them. Some things happened, and in the end, we didn't move to CA, so about three weeks before the move was scheduled to happen, I called to cancel. I COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE, AND WHEN I FINALLY DID, I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. Shortly thereafter, there was a charge for nearly $200 on my credit card for services I had not received. I called my credit card company to dispute it, and fortunately, they were able to resolve it and credit my account. Auto123 is a horrible company. Buyer beware.
