Dana was very prompt and courteous. As soon as I completed my online request, she telephoned and we signed an agreement. On my request for a quote, I listed Sunday as a pickup date, but when signing the contract I then requested the next available date. On Saturday, August 27, 2016, I called Dana to ask about the pick up time for Sunday. She explained that she was not at the office, but that I should call Ext. 705 to get an update, which I proceeded to do. The representative at Ext. 705 said there were no driver's assigned and that someone would call me Monday with an update. Since no one called me on Monday I called several times Ext. 705 and left a message, but did not receive a call back. I then had to call the general number where I was able to speak with someone who then seemed to get things going. I understand the challenges of driver's availability, but a simple returned called would have sufficed to put me at ease. The driver was great. Arrived at the time he said he would for the pick up and delivery. Highly recommend Lester. I would use your service again, but would encourage representatives not to ignore challenging callers as they already made a commitment with the carrier. Thank you.
