The representative told me that the driver would work with me to schedule a convenient time to pick up the vehicle but the driver only picks up the vehicle early in the morning(I'm only available in the afternoons and evenings). I ended up having to drive the vehicle myself to the car yard while paying the full price of the transport. The car also took longer than expected to reach the destination.
