This was the first time I ever shipped a car, and, frankly, was scared to do so because of all the nightmare stories I read on the internet. I chose this company because they always answered their phone when I called about questions, even on the weekends. This was a plus for me because we would be needed to converse on the weekends. The company reps were always knowledgeable, honest, and highly communicative. I received the same great service from the driver. Even when there was going to be a slight delay in vehicle drop-off time, he called my son to let him know. We were never left out in the dark regarding the pick up or delivery of the vehicle.
