BEWARE, dishonest and a complete ripoff.

This was the second broker I scheduled after the first one never picked my vehicles up. Everything started off great. They talked about being family owned and operated and owning their own trucks. It's all lies. My vehicles were assigned to a driver and I received a call from him. One vehicle was inoperable and Ross told the driver they were all operable. When I told the driver this he cancelled the pickup. The next morning I called the driver back and worked out a deal with him to transport a different vehicle and leave the inoperable one behind. All was good until the driver informed the broker that he was picking up the cars.

The initial deposit was $225 per car for a total of $675. The driver and I worked out a lower deal for his COD charge, but the broker increased their deposit to $1100. I was told it was to pay for the drivers food and hotel expenses even though that all went to Auto Transport 123. I am currently working with my CC company to dispute this fee.

The driver was unable to get one of my vehicles on his trailer. When trying to work with the broker I got nothing but the run around. I must've called more than 100 times trying to get everything worked out. I'd just get passed from one extension to another. No one ever called back when they said they would. No one ever returned a voicemail and that was assuming their voicemail box wasn't already full. I was hung up on by their customer service representative when I tried explaining that only two of my three vehicles had been picked up. I had to leave one vehicle in VA and am still working on getting it transported.

The driver ripped the bumper off of one car and immediately took the cost of the bumper out of his COD payment. The driver was absolutely awesome, but is not associated with the broker in anyway.
