Ok Service, Good Dealder But Not Good Carrier

I'd like to say their service is OK. They are very helpful and willing to talk and give good service before taking your order. The good point is that they are honest and will do what they promised, pick up on time and the price will not be changed for any ridiculous reason. They are honest that they are the dealer and will find a real carrier for you in the time window you tell them. But they may not give you a good carrier after taking your order, they will leave you with the carrier who are not that polite, patient and with good service. I look at the review about the carrier in this website which only has TWO stars. Because I have no time so I have to let them to transport my car. They reached me only before the one day of when my car was supposed to be picked up, they will not contact you about anything about your car during 13 days of transportation time and will tell you that your car has arrived at the same day of delivering your car. It's hard to reach them and they will not tell you about your car's status and only tell you the estimated date the car will arrive. The AutoTransport123 will not contact you after they taking you order and charged your deposit utill your car arrived and ask you to write a review here, which is I am doing right now, - - to give them a 5 star. Overall, they kept their promise which is good. BUT don't expect a five star service with their carrier.
