As this was my first time shipping a car, Chell was extremely knowledgable and positive from the get-go. She helped me understand more than I knew about the industry previously, and guided me through each step of the way, making sure that I was comfortable and happy. Through a variety of obstacles with the car itself and scheduling a pickup due to my mom's busy schedule, Chell kept her cool the entire time and was above-and-beyond accommodating. I am so happy with my experience with Chell from step A to Z, and excited that my car is finally here! Truly grateful for this wonderful experience and I look forward to using AutoTransport123 in the future.
