Great communication,reasonable cost. Customer service was beyond excellent. I received an initial call for set up with Nisha who got the entire ball rolling,then was followed up by Chell. Chell called during the shipment,tracked my car and followed up afterwards. the customer service by both Nisha and Chell was beyond what was to be expected,explaining every step of the way and even following after the car had arrived. The car did come dirty but was expected from the trip on an open carrier from Fl to NY. Being the first car I ever had to ship the entire operation was pain free,worry free and outstanding.
