The initial person misled me. It caused me much delay. However, when the rest of the team found out what was going on. They were honest and upfront and corrected the problem, as soon as they could. I don't think the company is bad, but every once in awhile you have a zealous salesperson that doesn't realize that their exaggeration causes more hurt then good. Ashley was the one that took initiative to correct the problem for us. Thank you Ashley.
