very disappointing customer service

One of the reason for choosing Autotransport123 was the capability for tracking at the homepage. After picking up my car on 4/28, I tried again and again to track the location of my car at autotransport123.com. But I could not see any response and didn’t get any e-mail. Then, I call Ross to ask the location. He told me the car is in Texas on 5/2. After failing tracking again at autotransport123.com, I called him again. He said the car might be in Louisiana or Mississippi and would send e-mail for the exact location on 5/4. I waited his e-mail but I couldn't get any. Whenever I called autotransport123, I waited too long. (Even, I waited 25min on 4/28.) So, I directly called Mike's Delivery Inc. (the real shipping company). Surprisingly, the guy in Mike's Delivery told me that the car was between California and Arizona and they started shipping on 5/3. Even they let me know the car location in Kansas City on 5/6.
The company I contact for the shipping was Autotransport123. How can it be possible you guys didn't know the exact shipping date and the location of the car. Even you didn't know the root of the shipping. (Louisiana and Mississippi is in the root of i-20 but the car came through i-70. They are too different, right?) That is the reason why I scored 1 star on Honesty and 1 star on Knowledgeable. The customer service was terrible.

After I got the car, I washed it and found 2 small dings on the rear bumper. One of them seems a mark of a bolt head. The original owner said they were not there at the start of the shipping. Then, it is natural to think there was a small bump between my car and another. I thought it is a possible situation for a open truck delivery and it is the reason why you told me about the insurance service at the first call. When I told you this situation, the first response was not "sorry about that" but "it is not a damage". If it is not a damage, what do you call it? Regardless of the side of the fault, I felt your horrible manner for a customer again.

I wanted to score 0 or 1 star for this service. But the delivery was earlier than the date they said at the first, so I scored 2 star for overall. (Anyway, it took 9 days.)
