Based on AutoTransport.com's reviews I chose to call this company. I spoke to Aaron promptly. This is a family owned business based on what I was told. Aaron is the owner's son? Anyway, I was quoted a higher price to ship my car from IN to CA. Their deposit is $225, a bit higher than the other companies I talked to. His focus was to get me to e-sign the contract while we were on the phone and get my card # for the deposit.

Ask as many questions as you want. He'll answer them, though he is a fast talker make sure he answers exactly what you ask. The deposit is not withdrawn from your card until the transporter is booked, which I did like.

I didn't have a VISA handy at the time so I gave him my AMEX, he said he'd call back for the VISA #. He did the next day but I was busy. He called the next day 3 times in less than a 40 minute span and left a voicemail saying nothing. When I did answer to give him shit for it he pretended not to notice the short span of time between calls and blamed his dad for calling me over and over. *le sigh

We ended up settling on a price $150 lower than he initially quoted. Don't be afraid to open up your time frame for a lower price. I also used the Yelp Coupon for $30 off.

The driver was booked within a week, I was notified via email. My car was picked up and dropped off almost on schedule which was totally fine with me. The driver was very nice and I trusted him with my car.

Overall, I'd use their services again. I would work with Aaron again also, as most of the reviews on other people aren't positive here but I think he did a fine job.
