Over all the experience was nice, Casey was a good service rep and Driver was great. Jason needs to improve on how he talks to the customer AFTER the papers are signed. Jason is the one you talk to first. Very nice up front answered all my questions, once my contract was signed two times he brushed me off with " I have two people holding so you will have to call back when I have time to answer your questions". First time was ok maybe he having a bad day, second time it upset me. someone needs to tell him not to due that.
