I had big problems: the holding yard would not release my vehicle without the driver bringing cash or a credit card. Another carrier dithered 9 days - no results, just a very expensive (and growing daily!) storage charge..

Brandon and his Dad solved this problem within hours, The pickup was made, astoundingly, within 20 hours and my stolen Avalanche was on its way home from Plano, Texas to Caroga Lake, New York.

I was provided with very helpful contacts along the way. Serg was instrumental in providing the yard with the required, notorized documents and payment for up-to-minute towing and storage charges. Mike, the driver, eased my mind with reliable and accurate delivery information. When a snowstorm struck, limiting travel to Caroga Lake, Mike very accomodatingly managed delivery to my mechanic's business in Johnstown.

Professionally shown every step of the way. When my insurance suggested that they may be able to reimburse some of my expenses, Brandon and Traci immediately saw to it that order confirmations and receipts were emailed to all concerned parties (3, in this case). Never was a single detail left to linger.

My charges were $1175 for this rapid and expeditious move. I could not have imagined having received my Avalanche so quickly. Their equipment, a covered, tandom set-up, was completely state-of-the-art- my vehicle traveled safely and in style. And best of all these people simply bulldozed my expensive yard headaches, As Brandon stated, "We are here to solve problems". My experience bore that out in spades.

Anyone can find movers offering lower rates. I challenge anyone to find a more efficient, considerate, and honest shipper. You will be very pleased to work with AT123.
