What a pleasure!!! We have moved 4 times in the past 10 years. Each time has been a corporate relocation and included the transport of our cars. This has been the first time I have felt the need to respond to the exceptional service provided to my family. Scheduling was convenient and very flexible. The follow up prior to pick up was appreciated and a great reminder. So many moving parts to relocating...this one an area I worried about the least. Pick up was on time and coordinated with the driver. Several calls from the road to update me on everything from weather to time and best delivery point to drop off. (we did not even have a drop off address at time of pick up) Post follow up after delivery to make sure any issues needed to be resolved was appreciated. With another move in the future, this is one area I know we will be using again. Thanks again for having great employees. They make the company.
