Shipped my car from CA to TX. Irene was extremely helpful. She responds to questions very quickly in whichever method of communication you prefer. The price is reasonable with no hidden fees.
Irene does as much as she can. Just make sure you communicate well with the driver who takes your car and drops it off. The individual who picked up my car contacted my Brother in TX instead of me regarding drop off.
