My contract was signed on March 1. I did not hear from anyone until I made a call inquiring as to status of my contract. I was told that the pickup date wasn't until the 7th. That was not the case. the vehicle was ready for pickup on the 3rd of March. On the 9th I called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manger and was connected to Janine. I explained my discontent and she assured me that she would make something happen. My vehicle was assigned to a driver on March 10 and was picked up on the 11th and delivered to me on the 14th. I feel if I hadn't made several calls inquiring that I don't know when my car would have been picked up or delivered. Once contact was made with driver delivery was spot on.
