Richelle made me feel very comfortable almost like I was her sister. She was very knowledgable, had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. I knew I could call her with any questions and she was always available when I did. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Richelle and her services.
My driver Val was a little less helpful. He picked up the car on time and was easily reachable but had a bad attitude and hung up on me when someone wasn't there to pay him exactly when he got there. The funny part was he wasn't even at the address he gave to me and I had to drive 30 min to him acrossed town to get my car. He did apologize and blamed it on the customers he dealt with earlier that day. Poor customer service from him unfortunately.
