My vehicle was getting delivered from North Carolina to California. This family owned company was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only issue I had was every time I called for an update the carrier didn't pick up or respond. I would call the company for an update but they would tell me the same response every time. The carrier was stuck in a snow storm on the East Coast but couldn't tell me the specific location of my vehicle. I wish they could tell me the specific location so I was aware that there was progress but since there was no specificity then I had no idea what was going on or where they were at the time. Other than that, my car was in great condition nothing stolen or damaged, just really dirty obviously. The delivery was about 3 days late.
