Not a bad experience overall, even if there were delays due to storm

I really can't complain since my car arrived without damage, and the price was reasonable and didn't change from the original quote. One thing that annoyed me was how unpredictable the pickup time was- I was told Thursday originally, and that changed to "Saturday evening" which would have occurred AFTER I boarded my flight, and then later "Friday evening". In reality the pickup occurred early Saturday morning, and my flight got delayed several days due to storm. It was also somewhat unclear as to the final delivery date, but I can say that this portion of my relocation was the least painful, as now I have a car to drive around town, but my furniture (shipped through a different company) has yet to arrive.

Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and I would recommend this company in the future.
