I must say that I was a little concerned about shipping my vehicle at first, but could not afford the time to drive it myself. After reading reviews of things that could go wrong from several companies, I was even more worried about giving my vehicle to a transport company. When I decided to go with Auto123, the person(Brock) on the phone gave me a guarantee on the price that still stood even though I didn't decide to book it until a week later. He also explained the difference between Auto123 and other companies.
My daughter was on the pickup end in AZ and told me that the person that picked up my car was very pleasant and helpful, this immediately gave me some reassurance that things would be ok.
The car was delivered on time and the driver kept me informed as to his arrival time and place.

I will definitely call Auto123 next time as well!
