Mr. Hecht was next to impossible to get in contact with. He leaves his voice mailbox full so no one can leave a message with him and does not return calls. Twice he said he would text the drivers contact information to me. I never received any information from him, so I don't beleive he ever sent any information to me. VARY FRUSTRATING. I had to get the drivers information from the shipper, The driver was excellent. He answered calls, returned calls, called a day before delivery and again 1/2 hour before arriving. He was vary knowledgeable, vary careful, and vary professional. Would do business with the driver again anytime. Auto Transport 123 asked me to please fill out this survey stating that their bonuses are based on this survey.
