Need to process delivery dates with customer for customer to know the exact delivery dates to minimize delays. Insurance coverage documents was not given by the driver as promised by Broker. Had to rely on the word of the mouth of the driver. Otherwise general delivery service is good. Paid cash for the full amount on the account.
