My auto transport request was a bit out of the way in that it was right close to the border of Canada.
The challenge I believe was for 123 to find a driver that was willing to go that far north off the main routes to get one vehicle. There was a very modest price bump which I totally understood, since the driver needed a bit extra money to go that far off the main route. It was a reasonable bump adding $125 to the overall transport cost.

I must say that Transport 123 staff were very careful to explain the cost bump giving me the option to accept this driver or to wait for another that would pick the car up for the original quote cost.
Transport 123 gives a quote and sticks to it normally, this was evident by the care they took in explaining this special situation. I had complete faith in their truthfulness because of the way they presented this. That was important, since it was my first time using the company, and since I actually live in Canada. 123 did not receive any of this price bump, I know this because the pricing breakdown was totally transparent on my contract, and of course I later met the driver at pickup.

Further, I was inundated by transport quotes from various companies via email and phone. Many were automated and impersonal and bombarded me for a period of 3 or more weeks. With Transport 123 I spoke to a real person who was always available for my numerous questions.
There were a few companies who sent me quotes that appeared to be lower in price than Transport 123's quote, but when I contacted them by phone and explained where the car was actually located, all bumped their price higher by at least $500.

Eugene the driver was excellent, thoughtful, careful and courteous and he kept me informed along the way. My Transport 123 agent Shannon and the two other Transport 123 staff that I was in contact with prior to and during the pickup and delivery of my car were very helpful answering any and all questions personally.
I'd use the service again and certainly recommend it to others.
