This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, and after putting the add out on the web the following day about 40 brokers were calling me. The quotes varied from extremely low to high and I wasn't sure why. Chris White from Auto Transport 123 had called me and instantly came off calm and never was pushy trying to get me to go with them. He started off by telling me how people get scammed so easy in this business and gave me ways to do research. Transportreviews.com was one and showed that they have the highest rating. After a couple days of thinking about it and a price guarantee in the rate agreement document I signed it and returned back to them. Two days later three days later Chris called just to ask if I had any questions and when he said the truck had shipped out the day before I couldn't believe how fast it was. He gave me the contact to the truck driver and he was a great guy, he gave me progress all along the way. The truck was delivered in 4 days. 5 days including the day I signed the contract. The truck driver had some difficulties with a flat tire on the trailer and was only a few hours later than planned. Most of all though when he dropped the truck off he told me the price that I was told it would be! No hassle at all! Very great guys to work with and would do it again. Take my experience for example, you get what you pay for!
