WE moved from California to Louisiana unexpectedly so I could start a new engineering job here. The wife and I made the journey with our 3 dogs in a travel trailer and pickup truck so we left our brand new Subaru back home in the garage for 2 months. The wife insisted the truck be enclosed. I shopped around because this is new for us and we hesitated to use Autotransport123 or anybody because we were overwhelmed with inquiries from a number of different companies. I even contacted a shipper that my neighbor used for their move to Florida. Nobody else was as professional and prompt in making the quote and trying to close the deal as Autotransport123 and their price was competitive.

We are happy we chose Autotransport123 to ship our new Subaru Outback from Laguna Niguel CA to New Orleans area. We chose an enclosed trailer because of frequent high winds and dust storms in the deserts along the route. Autotransport123 delivered on every promise and of course on the contract. There truck was awesome, my son videotaped the pick up and I witnessed the delivery off their truck. There was no vehicle damage whatsoever and it was an on time pickup and delivery.

I thought Matt, Autotransport123's sales agent, was too smooth and maybe a little pushy to close the deal so I resisted. After the fact of doing a complete deal with him I now realize that in my head I assumed he was like all of the bad companies out there who were contacting me by phone and email. Matt is the real deal. Autotransport123 used a competent, prompt and respectful shipper ... as promised.

PS - This is my first review ... I am busy with my job and really do not have the time to do this review but I made it a priority because I am so pleased with Autotransport123. No, they did not pay me to make these statements :-) .
