Ross was very personable on the phone, but he then disappeared as soon as I signed my contract. He was not responsive when I asked for updates and I ended up working with a third party driver that he went out of his way to ensure me would not happen. He also promised that I could pay by credit card and I ended up having to pay cash. Luckily, Janine and the customer service team was great. They were very friendly and helpful and my car was picked up when it needed to be and arrived a day early in great condition. I would absolutely work with Auto 123 again, but likely I would try to get a different point of contact other than Ross.
