Overall, not a bad job

Auto transport 123's customer service is good. They are enthusiastic, caring, and call me a couple of times every day before I signed the contract. The information of how much money down and how much money can be paid at delivery as well as what payment method can be used at delivery is not consistent all the time, but the total number in the quote never changed. Also, the information about using either open carrier or close carrier were not consistent either, I was told by different people of different carrier types. The insurance information was not clear either. I asked for detailed insurance information in written, but in the end, it is still unclear to me what is covered and what is not. Luckily the shipment of the car was successful without any accident, and I don't have to use the insurance at all.

The broker asked me to give a 4-day availability window for pick-up. I put the 4-day window ending on my departure date, and hoping the driver can arrive later in the window, but they arrive on the first day (early morning) of the window, which gives me some inconvenience in the last a few days before my move (life without a car). On the delivery side, I was told a 2-day window for delivery, and the driver arrive at 7pm of the second day.

Regarding the carrier, everything is good except for the driver's attitude. I got yelled at when the driver picked up my car, just because I asked why he didn't tie up the tires on both side of the car. On the delivery side, the driver(a different guy) told me the delivery is anytime after 2pm, and they keep me waiting until 7pm. When I called them, they treat me like an idiot. Other than that, the shipment itself is very good. The car was at the same condition at delivery as it was picked up.
