The company was easy to contact and make reservations with. I did however get frustrated with the time it took to get my car picked up. Lee was great but Casey not so much. She never returned my calls and made me feel like I was getting the run around. In the end my car did get picked up and delivered without any issues. I would use this company again but give myself more lead time.
