I can't say enough great things about the customer service I experienced during the process of looking at car shipping companies up to the time I received my car. The customer service at Auto Transport 123 is exceptional and of course this has to do with the people that work there. I interacted with a number of customer service agents: Traci, Casey, Janine, Ashley etc. They were all pleasant, answered all the questions I heard and followed up to see if I had additional concerns. I had to change the dates due to a family emergency and the process was seamless. I highly recommend this company for your car shipping needs.
