This auto transporter was easy to work with and offered adequate communication.

However, originally gave a guaranteed pick up date and when the day arrived it was not picked up as a driver hadn't been assigned. We did place a last minute order for pick up rather quickly, but feel that guarantees shouldn't be given unless they can be met.

The transit time was average. The driver himself didn't offer the best communication but delivered the auto in the same condition it was picked up in and he did a very detailed inventory of the auto which I was happy with. He gave a delivery estimate that was not accurate.

Overall experience was good.
