Overall my rating would be average to excellent. My only complaints is that I was told I would get a 24-72 hour call regarding my original pick-up - I received a call one hour before pick-up. When I would try calling the contact number for updates or if I had questions I was on hold for awhile and never did get to speak with the right person. All-in-all I would probably use them again - the driver of the car carrier was very nice (a little hard to understand his broken English).
