All things being equal, first responders get higher conversion rate. Add personality, even higher rate of success. Nichole was first to respond and made relevant comment on the "Oregon Ducks" knowing car drop would be Eugene.

Both factors weighed into my decision to give Nichole the business despite higher rate.

Personally, if not asked to give her a rating here, I would have already assumed she was in charge. She tool great pride in stating (with conviction) how Auto Transport 123 was an industry leader and used Vancouver proximity to her advantage.

In closing, while unrelated to Nichole, my only negative experience with car delivery was finding gas tank to be bone dry after driving away.
