Although the pickup was one day after requested, they made up by being two days early with delivery. My car showed up dirty which is to be expected going cross country but otherwise in one piece and mark free. The customer service was always very helpful. Since the company had GPS on the carrier and guaranteed that my car never switched trucks I felt very comfortable that my car was in good hands. I was overall very happy with the transport and would use them again.
