I investigated a few companies, and after some companies did not provide their dot numbers and others did not have customer reviews, as suggested to me by the saferfmcsa.dot.gov. I decided to go with autotransport123
After speaking at length with SCOTT, who was able to answer all of my questions, verifying all the order info, he even called me after he'd left work for the day. He gave me the name and number of the driver, ViIGGIE, who was so polite, he kept in touch with me explaining he was in route and gave me the ETA, & how much maneuvering the 18 wheeler needed and we agreed to meet at a local park, he carefully checked and rechecked the radius of the turn to exit , and very slowly and w care pulled out. I felt quite confident of him as I watched the whole process from loading til I saw him leave the area.
Later in Orlando, GILBERT, explained to ,not worry about the 18 wheeler coming into my locked gate community, but that the vehicle would be put onto a smaller truck to make the delivery to my door. These guys were great and nit once did I feel that they rushed me off the line and we're always good natured and communicative. I will use and recommend this company anytime. Barbara Ann S.
