Service was extremely good. Easy to reach and was always available to help. I shopped around for several months and auto transport 123 offer the best rate. I did not receive all the emails in correct format to verify my order and notice the amount due to the driver change the day of pick up. The overall amount stayed the same however from my initial paperwork that was emailed to me. The deposit change from $225 to 300 and the driver amount change from $900 to $825. It wasn't a big deal because I had the money. However if I was tight on money and didn't have an extra $75 on my card. That could have caused a problem with the bank and I figured me signing the forms initially the amount was locked in but it wasn't. I guess that is why I did not receive the updated email. The driver was awesome and communicated well with me. The pick up and delivery was off by a few hour from his initial prediction but he kept me informed of the time change prior to pick up and delivery. There was no damage to my car.
