Better than driving across country!

I was pleased how easily my hotel and the driver worked together. The driver did a good job keeping in touch. I wish thd customer service folks had been better about it. I left my car at hotel because I had to catch a flight and the reps inferred that a driver would pick my car up within a day or two. Driver didn't get there for a week. The brokers seem more concerned with signing me up than giving me accurate information. The driver however did a great job and stayed in touch and made sure my car was safe.
