Driver was awesome, took great care of my car. No issues with the delivery portion. The booking on the other hand although was polite.....he told me whatever I wanted to here to book appointment on that phone call. including going to a website to sign contracts and make payment. He said that he had a truck for the coming weekend and I should have my truck within a week. That never happened, it took approx. 3 weeks. He said he had his own drivers and was not a broker.....it appears he took the order first then subcontracted out someone to fill the need and it took longer than expected. I would have appreciated a more honest setup rather than being persuaded on a false pre-tense. Again the driver and truck that delivered was A+++ but the sales I would be careful. Do your research first before calling and booking.

After the delivery, I got a call stating that the driver was getting a bonus and I would need to fill out this survey and give him a 100%. I was then directed to do it immediately while on the phone and also was directed what to fill out and what not to fill out. it seems that they did not want me to write anything negative to them such as how long it took to get my car and there process... I just feel that this practice is very shady to earn a better than average review!
