Drivers knowledge and use of English highly questionable.
Driver requested additional money at time of delivery that did not match the original quote. The overall cost did not increase but was awkward at delivery to request $50 more. I had to scramble to ensure extra cash was available to him. I expressed my disappointment finally to the agent and was reassured that they would decrease the initial reservation fee by $50 to compensate. It still took extra days to confirm that my credit card charge matched our discussion on this amount.
