Upon selecting the carrier I was assured that the vehicle could get picked up by Friday and the earliest pick-up date was Wednesday. I did not receive the confirmed booking until Thursday after calling to confirm the vehicle would be picked up. For me this created a concern because I did not have a flexible timeline due to moving. I did not feel like the company understood that urgency to get the shipment booked and took several call backs to ensure that I felt confident it would get booked and picked up by the last date required.
