We were very pleased with the customer service received in this shipping process. This is especially appreciated as our husbands are in the army and currently deployed and arranging things such as this can be hectic. From the pick-up in California to the delivery in North Carolina, we were impressed at how our vehicle was handled. The designated driver called ahead and made sure we met in a convienant location to get the vehicle.
