I needed my college age daughter's Honda Civic sent from Long Island to Orlando in June and back in January. I used Auto Transport 123 both times. Great experience. I was a bit anxious about the process. Had never used a transport company and the info online about horrible experiences was a bit scary. There were so many companies. I was attracted to Auto Transport 123 because they had good ratings and conveniently they had an office in Nassau County near home. I was able to not only deal with them online and by phone but I was able to walk in and meet them. Ross H was great. This is a family run business. Also dealt with his brother Keith and sister Janine. All very helpful. they gave me a very reasonable, competitive quote and everything went smoothly. The quote did not change. The carriers they assigned were excellent both times. Most recently Frank Santos from Rapid Transport. I was very specific in my pick up times and they made it work for us both times. I was also concerned as my college age daughter would need to load and accept car on own. Felt I was dealing with relaiable and trustworthy people. Definitely use this company!!
