Poor Service Questionable Sales Tactics

I was told there would be a red bow provided with every vehicle for the holidays.
- I received none.
I was told that my driver would get the vehicle washed for me.
- The car was delivered filthy, completely covered in dirt. Covered in dirt. Pine needles filling the windshield wiper depressions and rear cargo door.
I was told that my driver would put the vehicle on the top of the carrier to avoid road spray.
- The car was at the bottom of the carrier, at the end of the truck.
I was asked repeatedly for additional money AFTER the contract was signed.
- Unbelievable tactics by the company to try to get me to pay more, after I was in contract.
I was asked for more money AFTER the car had already been picked up and was in transport.
The reason for my rating is due to the fact that I did receive my car in one piece. Other than that, I would recommend that you do as much research as possible and ask as many questions as possible BEFORE choosing a company. This was my first time shipping a car and I learned A LOT of the games that are played behind the scenes. I did not appreciate any of the sales tactics used and I did fall for them in this case. Empty promises.
Additionally, my representative tried to give me the line about how much money his company was going to lose on this contract. That's not acceptable to try the guilt-trip tactic with customers.
Please consider another company.

We charge $50 for the bow service, customer was told at time of booking. Jon did not want to pay the $50 for the bow we are sorry we even offered this to him. We apologize he was confused that we don't just deliver cars with bows on them. If you decide to ship again jon we will have a discount on file for you. Hope you had a happy holiday glad the car got their safe ! :)
