Good but not quite great

Overall it was a good experience but there were a few things that prevented this from being a great experience:

1) Was told at the time of sale that they used semi-enclosed carriers; the type with the thin plastic covering the outside. The actual transport was a normal open trailer.

2) Didn't receive any communication proactively that the pickup had occurred or when the delivery was scheduled.

3) Called 3 times on the day of the delivery to get the ETA and was never told one until the driver was less than an hour away.

4) The driver's English made communication a challenge and he chain smoked so the car smelled of smoke from his driving it a half mile to my house from the trailer.

Overall the transport happened as promised and the driver was a really nice guy.
