Very prompt execution despite very short notice; couldn't have been better

We first had a very disappointing experience with another company who simply never picked up our vehicle, which left us in need to get our car shipped on very short notice. AutoTransport123 (as broker) and IC Express (as carrier) did a perfect job. Within hours of receiving our order, AutoTransport123 emailed us the information of the carrier that they found for it; the carrier called us the next day and arranged for pick-up the day after that. Six days later our car arrived in Massachusetts in perfect condition. Very pleased with payment too: in contrast to certain other brokers, who charge your credit card in full upon receiving your order (i.e., before doing anything), AutoTransport123 charged only a brokerage fee upon pickup, with the remainder due directly to the driver upon delivery. Experience couldn't have been better.
