Shipped to Wrong City


First I would like to say that if I could give a 0 review I would. I can't believe all the good reviews for this company. My pickup was over two weeks late. I had to leave my vehicle at my old work for over two weeks until they could get someone to pick up my truck. I will say that Casey was nice even though she could never tell me any information about when my truck was going to ship. I had to call every day and push them while my wife and I drove across country. Now for Janine this is a woman that should never talk to a customer. She was the rudest person I have ever talked to. She actually told me that they are doing me a favor in shipping my truck. Last time I checked doing a favor for someone doesn't cost them $1825 and 2 plus weeks of frustration trying to get an answer. Now for the worst part. My truck was supposed to be shipping from Norfolk, VA. to Chico, CA. I finally received a call from the driver and wanted to setup a time to meet me in Sacramento, CA. What? No delivery is to Chico, CA. Not only did it take them over two weeks to ship my truck but they were sending it to the wrong city. The driver informed me that he was not going to drive to Chico and I would have to meet him in Sacramento.. that is the bid he accepted. Well over two weeks late I had to drive almost 2 hours to pick up my truck. I am glad I finally got my truck but wouldn't ship anything from this company.

We apologize for the delay in pick up frank. A driver not delivering to his contracted city is never acceptable to us. We have put this driver under review and will not be using him in our network in the future. We have also offered you a discount for the inconvenience. Sorry again.
