I used this company because they could pick up my vehicle the next day and they claimed to have their own fleet of trucks. i needed it moved to Hawaii and they said they had experience. I ended up taking my car to the driver because he didn't have anyone to take him to my home for pick up. The drop off place was seedy, had no name on the building, and were obviously not employees of this company. A few days before the promised delivery date I called to check the status. When they called back they said they just found out that the drivers truck had broken down in route and it wasn't even at the California port. It seems to me that they should be taking vehicles entrusted to their care and know that one was 2 weeks late. I needed the car in Hawaii when promised so I could use it when I arrived and this failure to fix the situation early meant that I had to rent a car for about a month. They had also told me the delivery port would be Kona. That surprised me because Kona doesn't have a large port but I thought they knew something I didn't. As I called over the next few days to see where the truck was I was given some conflicting information and they needed to call the port to get answers to my simple questions such as "how long will it take to get to Hawaii". They were pretty impatient with me and often did not respond to my messages to call me. One time I called and got the message that the voice mail was full and later when I finally talked to them they denied that was possible. How insulting. I also asked for a discount to offset my car rental charges and they only have me 150 which they say was given by the driver. I press for a discount from them and they said they couldn't afford to do that. That is not a company that cares about its customers because many companies will give complete refunds and most well give a discount of some sort. What about what it cost me! They did not care at all about my loss and hid behind the contract that says they aren't responsible for delays. Well, they should at least know about a delay and let the customer know. This was a horrible experience with a rude, unknowledgeable, unreasonable company.

This customers truck broke down, they were updated throughout the transit about of the breakdown and discounted based off the time out of service. Carolyn was discounted $150 as her review states. She was under the impression because of a breakdown that she would receive a full refund? This is a industry where you must manage your expectations if you think for a mere breakdown you shouldn't have to pay any costs to transport your vehicle chances are you are going to consider any experience a terrible one.
