I had originally booked with another company that wasn't able to fulfill its obligation and I initiated a search for anew carrier. I spoke with Matt and he said he felt sorry for me and this would not happen with them. Matt assured me the car would be picked up on Wednesday the following week after I signed his agreement that Friday. Bottom line it was downhill from then on with phone calls and emails that were ignored and when they finally responded they implied I created the market conditions that I was paying them to deal with and that I needed to be patient. All the while I pleaded with them to provide me with shipping and pickup information as I was renting a car based on there commitment to me. They were the most expensive bidder and there service or better words would be total lack of service is remarkable. They take the money and run! Without a doubt this is the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! I have another vehicle that I will be shipping in August and you can bet they won't see a dime of my money. Lastly they showed no remorse for there actions and at no point did they offer an adjustment for the lies I was told and the total lack of service I experienced! My advise buyer beware!

We apologize for any negative experience with our company. Unfortunately due to Mr. C's first companies antics our normal order process was hindered. While we are the only company to offer a pricing Guarantee with that if a competitor will not unlist an order it will cause delays. For most efficient service we recommend making us your first choice. A discount has been offered to Mr. C if he does decide to change his mind on his next shipment. Our sincerest apologies once again and Happy 4th to all of our researchers :)!
