Not having had any experience shipping a car out of state, I contacted a number of companies, online, to price shop. I was bombarded by emails and robo calls within 30 minutes of hitting the "send" button. Lots of competition out there for your business.
Steve from 123, was one of the first to contact me so I took his call. He made a compelling case,
explaining how the process works, describing the unethical tactics, some companies will use to get your business. (I later found others who were also forthcoming with this information) After talking with several other companies, I decided to give 123 my business. Their pricing was in the middle of the pack and their reputation was in the top 5.

The only issue I had with this company was their lack of communication before and leading up to pickup. When we struck a deal on Tuesday, Steve told me he will shoot for Thursday but Friday was more likely, no later than a Saturday pick up.
Friday arrives and I've heard nothing so I decided to call their customer service and ask what was going on. That's when I was told, Saturday was not going to happen and they would get a hold of me when they could get me scheduled. Monday arrives and I have heard nothing. So i call them again, but this time I called Steve who set up the deal. I expressed my dissatisfaction and to his credit, he got me on the schedule for a Tuesday pickup. The driver was great and from my area, which was comforting.

I give them 3 out of 5 stars . I waited a week for pick up and it took 6 days to deliver to Las Vegas. I had to rent a car to cover the unexpected delay. Their service is to hook up customers with a trucker. When the customer has to seek out answers and prompt action, where's the value?
